Our women’s team is a strong, diverse, and ambitious squad, with players aged 19 to 48, all brought together by one thing: a true passion for flag football. From experienced players to dedicated rookies, we challenge each other, improve together, and give it our all – on and off the field.
In 2026, during our very first season as a club, we achieved something special: our women’s team claimed the bronze medal, bringing home the first trophy in Limmat Lightning history. A milestone we are incredibly proud of – and one that fuels our ambition for what’s next.
We are especially proud of our quarterback, Anna Laura John, who has earned her spot on the Swiss National Team for the fifth consecutive time.
